Put this one on your bucket list. The castle is not open but you come for the formal gardens. They are breathtaking. The best I have seen
A feast for the eyes. The gardens were immaculate. Would make you really say Wow! Short walk from the car park is the main entrance. Partly accessible to wheelchair users by the side ramp.Toilet facilities available in the main car park only. Best views during autumn.
Very impressive, a lot better than expected. Took my grandma for a walk here and she loved it. Definitely recommend it!
A small piece of paradise on Earth!It is definitely worth visiting this beautiful place and spend two, three hours stroll through these amazing gardens or just sit and watch this beauty. This place is hidden from the classical tourist routes, so there are not many people. Admission is not too high and there is a small shop with souvenirs, books, photographs ... It is one of the best attractions in Scotland for me. An amazing place!
Gardens are nice 6.00 admission for an adult i would say is fair the main thing we look for in visiting anywhere is it dog friendly we were able to walk in all areas of the gardens the house is private so everything considered a 3 star rating is about right
